Do you set out to eat healthy?
And then find yourself attracted to the very foods you are trying to avoid?

Shockingly, the very eating guidelines most people try to follow actually create this attraction to "bad" foods!  In fact, most nutrition advice actually causes the very problems you are trying to fix.

Chances are you already know a lot about nutrition. Most of our clients do. You don't need more nutrition facts, you need to learn how change your relationship with food.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Think differently about food,
  • Change the way you interact with food, and,
  • Transform how you eat.

What You Will Get From This Course

You will discover:

  • Exactly what is broken about current eating recommendations
  • How and why these eating recommendations contribute to (and perhaps caused) eating struggles

You will then learn an entirely new way to conceptualize your food and eating. You will learn how to:

  • Reduce food cravings and food preoccupation
  • More easily select the foods you want to eat without worry or fear
  • Easily walk away from food when you've had enough
  • Naturally and easily know how much you need to eat to avoid weight gain

You will gain trust in yourself, and your body, to regulate food intake accurately.

And you will be on the path to finding peace with food, eating and your weight.

Quit Blaming Yourself!

Hannah and I have been working with women and men, and girls and boys who struggle with eating and weight for a combined total of over 40 years.

We both discovered that what we learned in college about nutrition, eating and weight (a combined total of 24 years!) did NOT help our clients. We watched in dismay as all this knowledge just made our clients struggle more.

Our clients would implement these common nutrition recommendations, but the recommendations are faulty.

We realized our clients needed to quit blaming themselves for eating and weight "failures."

And they needed an entirely different approach, one that would heal eating and weight problems, as well as help them successfully manage their food and weight.

That is why we began teaching the amazing process of intuitive eating.

This course was designed to help you escape the faulty advice you've heard all your live and become an empowered intuitive eater.

I'm a healthy eater. I come from a family of healthy eaters. But I have struggled for years to avoid the bad foods, and with my weight, and I always felt like a failure. My mom always did great with food, so I kept trying. This course has helped me see that healthy eating can set people up to overeat and to crave bad foods. I've been using some of the strategies, and I can see how it works, but I have a ways to go...hoping it will make my life easier (and less self-critical!). Highly recommend this course!
